The trouble is that I can't find anything about the company, except that it was a British company. I think it must have started in the 40's (I can't find any earlier images of patterns) and I have a pattern from the 80's that is a Style pattern. Not sure if it is still around. Do you know anything about the pattern company?

ReplyDeleteHmm, I was wondering whether this was the same pattern company as the 'Style' patterns that I have! The ones in my collection are mainly 70's and 80's patterns (like this one: http://vintagepatterns.wikia.com/wiki/Style_3997), and these have been the most frequently found patterns in the second-hand shops I find in my area in Melbourne, Australia! In any case, I would love this pattern to add to my collection! Thanks for the great giveaways, as always!

It is a lovely pattern. I can't add much to what you have found out about the company, apart from the fact that I have quite a few 60s and 70s patterns from Style which I inherited from my Mum so I believe it is true that it is a British company and not around anymore.
