How I learned how to sew...

Hi everyone..thank you for all your lovely comments on my hooded dress.  It's so much fun to share my excitement over projects and to see your excitement too :)

Just want to do a quick post that I did a guest interview with the lovely Denise from the Blue Gardenia blog on how I learned how to sew.  Check it out here...

  6. Hey, we started sewing at almost the same time! I signed up for sewing classes in September 2009 and finished my first garment (pajama pants with little owls on them!) in October. Your first garment is really impressive! Your love of sewing is totally infectious. I'm always my happiest when sewing.

Do you ever come back to New York? It'd be so fun to have a meet-up! I don't live there anymore either, but it's where I'm from and go back all the time :)
