Cool Lisbon crafters and the sailor dress pattern winner
While we were in Lisbon, we found this amazing craft fair/flea market! I was very excited to see everyone's handmade goods. In the picture above I am with crafters Clara and Sara (p.s. I'm wearing my Burdastyle dress). They made this:
Isn't that cute? It's a mobile phone case but I use it for my eyeglasses! It's made from dyed wool and a Portuguese children's book. Here's the back:
I love it!
At the flea market I also found a neat cupcake pincushion and this amazing handmade belt:
I think this will look great with my purple halter top and skirt!
Pattern Giveaway Winner
We also have a winner of the 1941 sailor dress pattern....
Is Lee Fulton! Congrats Lee! Can't wait to see what you make with it (I mean, I know what you'll make with it...but you know what I mean :)

ReplyDeleteHi Debi, Guess what my package arrived today with the pattern. Thanks so much I can't wait to make one of these and no matter if the short sleeves are missing I would not be making them anyway.
ReplyDeleteFabulous handmade goodies, Debi! :)
