Thanks for all the comments on the last post! It was so much fun to meet-up with everyone in Edinburgh and to even hear of some plans for future visits to the city!
Back to Mission McCall Mondays and today we are covering patterns 9111 to 9120 from 1937.
I'm missing the image for 9111 so first up is McCall 9112 for these fabulous culottes:
I must say that I really adore the fit of these culottes and the two small pockets on the hip line!
Next is McCall 9113:
I really like the detail of the gathered yoke and the potential for using piping and other trims.
McCall 9114 is another great dress pattern:
Though I think I might like McCall 9115 best:
Check out that great collar. I actually really like the idea of making a striped collar for a plain dress. hmmmm....
McCall 9116 is for a classic blouse pattern:
I think I just saw this pattern not too long ago on Etsy!
McCall 9117 is the only two-piece pattern in this bunch:
The blouse of the dress looks very similar to the earlier McCall 9116! I just love the swing type jacket and how it mimics the pleats in the skirt.
McCall 9118 is one of the few boy's patterns:
Love the wee suit and argyle socks!
Rounding out this week's Mission McCall Monday is pattern 9119 for another great dress:
Which one is your favourite this week? I think I'm going with 9112 and 9115.
