Also a big thank you to all your comments on my dress--I realised I may need to take the seam ripper to the skirt because of some wayward gathers! Thank you so much for your advice :)
I wondered about that skirt but didn't want to say anything is case it was suppose to be that way? I thought it looked off, this is okay as you can later mention what you did wrong and how to fix it as we all make mistakes in sewing and need to see that it's okay we can fix things. I constantly struggle with my sewing and I've been doing it all my life.
